Our authentic Austrian chalet is located in Pirtendorf (municipality of Stuhlfelden) at an altitude of 860 meters. The detached house is located on the southern mountainside, and has a beautiful unobstructed view over the valley and the Hohe Tauern. It is very quiet, almost at the end of a mountain road, in the middle of the grasslands, with only one house next to you.

The house is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See / Kaprun / Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Kitzbühel, which can be reached in 13-20 minutes. In winter you can enjoy fantastic skiing, hiking, cross-country skiing, etc. In summer you can enjoy cycling or mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golf (Mittersill and Zell am See), archery and much more.

Great house for families - great location
Squeaky clean upon arrival - we stayed here with two families and the place is ideal for such a group. The hosts clearly know what they are doing, the place is well equipped and they did not cut back on spending for equipment. Lots of toys for the kids, which is great if you have to spend a rainy afternoon. Location of the house is also ideal. Close to the main roads but not too close and everything within the Zell am See - Krimml area is reachable within 40 minutes or even less. All in all highly recommended.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche! Wir waren mit neun Personen dort und hatten keine Platzprobleme. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und man kann in der Umgebung viel erleben. Wir waren jetzt im Winter dort und waren innerhalb von 20-25 Minuten in verschiedensten Skigebieten. Ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir würden immer wieder dort ein paar wunderschöne Tage verbringen!

Panoramic house between many ski areas
We spend a week with three families in this house and everything was perfect. House is located near Mittersill, which makes it ideal to explore many nearby ski areas - Kitzbuhl, Wildkogel, Zillertal and Kaprun. The house offers plenty of things to do for kids - pool table, ps4, gaming tables. There is more than enough room for 3 families. Hosts are very hospitable and responsive.

We are Moshir and Ingeborg and live in The Hague. We are big fans of the mountains, both in winter and summer. That is why we bought this house in Stuhlfelden in the summer of 2020. Due to the abundance of nature and privacy around the house and the magnificent view of the always snowed Hohe Tauern and the Salzach valley, we can completely relax here. Payment Policy
– 30% of the rent (including deposit) when booking
– 70% no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period

When booking within 8 weeks before rental date, you must immediately pay the entire rent, including deposit.
Refundable Damage Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure. The amount will be paid by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrange a cancellation insurance. This gives you the option to cancel your trip in case of unforeseen circumstances.
