--Security hold of $200 will be held 2 days prior to check-in and released 7 days after check-out.

-Must sign rental agreement upon booking and submit government-issued ID. The name of guest making reservation must match name on credit card and ID.

-Travel insurance is highly recommended as well cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy.

-All guests must agree to house rules to complete booking:

-Guests must be 23+ to make reservation and booking guest must be present at check-in. Guest must submit government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking confirmation to complete booking and receive a door access code.

-NO PET- Guest in violation will be asked to leave without a refund.

-NO SMOKING of any kind. If the cabin smells of smoke, or there is any evidence of smoking inside the cabin, an additional cleaning fee of $250 per rental night will be processed to your credit card.

-NO PARTIES or EVENTS. Number of guests on reservation strictly enforced. Guests will be asked to leave without a refund if the number of guests at cabin exceeds the number on reservation.

-Children, if present, must be supervised at all times.

-There are 3 exterior security cameras at the front and back entrances of the cabin.

-Quiet hours are observed between 10PM & 8AM

-Please follow posted hot tub rules and use at your own risk.

-Please note that the fireplace will not be operational between the months of May until November.

-Indoor temperature is automatically set between 68 to 76 degrees by smart thermostat.

- All TV’s are Roku HDTV's and require your own log-on for streaming services.

-Please keep in mind that our cabin is in the woods; therefore, there is a chance guests will encounter some type of insects. Although the cabin is on a strict pest control schedule, please help keep pests out by keeping the front and back doors closed.

-Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-out as our cleaners run on a tight schedule. There will be a $50 every 30 minutes fine for guests staying past check-out time.

-Availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be provided due to missing amenity or inoperable appliances, although we will make every reasonable effort to assure that such amenities and appliances will be available and remain in good working order. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
