110 m2. More information by the provider: The 2-family house is on the outskirts of the town in a quiet area, in a sunny location with a panoramic view of the beautiful mountains. The apartment extends over four floors from the basement to the habitable attic room. The large terrace on the ground floor invites you to spend cozy hours in the sun. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. In one bedroom there is also a height-adjustable office table with a monitor for work. A steep staircase leads to the attic room, which also offers two single beds. Highlights: cozy and modernly furnished apartment, large and well-equipped kitchen, close to the Lenkerseeli children's playground (10 minutes on foot), cross-country ski trail and ski area, set up for work, reach the village center in 10 minutes on foot.
