More information by the provider: The detached chalet Fuchshalde (6 beds, 115 sqm) is located at the entrance to the village of Pany on a sunny mountain slope. From the large sun terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the whole valley. In the village center (700 m away) you will find a grocery store, a pizzeria and the guest information. Adjacent to the house is a beautiful sitting area (flagstones/lawn), which is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The house is also accessible by car in winter (road is groomed, depending on conditions snow chains may be necessary, 4WD advantageous). The nearest post bus stop Pany Schulhaus is 150 m away. Uncovered parking is available in front of the house. Please replenish existing basic food and waste bags after use for the next guests. Waste should only be deposited in the official, gray 35l Prättigau waste bags at the official collection points (rolls of 35l gray plastic bags can be purchased in the stores). Winter The family-friendly, snow-sure ski lift is 1.5 km away. Free cross-country skiing trails are available near ski lift. Ski abstainers can expect a wide network of winter hiking and walking trails, three toboggan runs and marked snowshoe trails. Summer Around Pany you will find an extensive network of walking, hiking and biking trails. The outdoor swimming pool Pany is considered one of the highest outdoor swimming pools in Europe and is only 1.8 km away. Bus stop Pany, Schulhaus 0.2 km, railway station Küblis 1.5 km, ferry Walenstadt (See) 41.6 km.

If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
