We want you to feel at home at Little Sunflower House. The extent of our interaction is up to you, but we and/or our housekeeper will be available as needed to field questions or help out. We'll send you our house manual prior to your arrival so that you can get acquainted and know what to expect.

The Timp Neighborhood is quite charming with older houses all within walking distance of parks, downtown, and the Provo Rec Center.

Free street parking - it is very safe to park on the street.

With windows above ground, this apartment gets a lot of light and feels more like a ground floor than a basement.

Noise: To minimize sounds from upstairs, we do our best to have quiet hours upstairs from 8 pm - 8 am. We also provide a sound machine and earplugs, just in case.
