Beautiful lake home situated on private lake frontage on pristine, crystal clear spring-fed lake.
Hard sand bottom with no weeds. Perfect for swimming. Located on the North Shore of beautiful Gilbert Lake. Enjoy sun-up to sunset views.

The home features 4- bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, new kitchen, large dinning room seats 8, plus sunroom.

The interior is warm wood for that lodge feel, with all the comforts of a year-round house. Full a/c and heat, walk-in shower in master bathroom. Very nicely furnished with high-end furniture, appliances, and decor. Very sapcious with sunroom, living room, dinning room.

Outside are multiple decks to enjoy the Lake from right outside your door. Large fire pit area, 2- grills, picnic table and chairs all make the best lake home experience.

The private lake frontage is steps from the home and features waterfront deck seating as well as a private pier. Hard sand bottom with no weeds is great for swimming young and older. Fishing from the pier always produces fish.

Pontoon is available to rent and comes with use of 2- kayaks.

I have been coming to this lake in Summers my whole life. Our family starting coming here over 80 years ago when my grandfather built our first cottage. We love everything in and around the water. Our legacy is lake living.

House Rules

No smoking, no pets, no parties or other events unless previously authorized, no shoes in the house, no candles. No boats other than the owners unless previously approved. Parking on gravel area. Guests must stay within property boundaries both on land and water. Guests must follow all lake rules. Only registered guests allowed on property at all times.

Payment Policy

50% of the total rental along with half of the security deposit do to reserve dates. Remaining payment do seven days prior to check in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit returned with 1 week of check-out

Cancellation Policy

45 days plus - full refund. 30 days - no tefund
