Geweldig verblijf zoals omschreven. Grote ruimte en opgemaakte bedden. Alleen jammer dat de verduisterende raam luiken ontbraken. Verder een perfect verblijf.

Grazie davvero! Posizione perfetta, l'intera casa era davvero perfetta, dotata di tutto quello che serve, anche dei teli da spiaggia e ombrelloni per il sole, sicuramente ritornerei molto volentieri, bellissima anche la piscina interna! Grazie ancora Cristian!

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to all local amenities in Playa Las Americas. Mario was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. The apartment was clean throughout.

We stayed for 3 nights in Christian's apartment. It's located in a residential complex, not far from some restaurants and a supermarket is around the corner. Parking can be tricky to find nearby, but that's all over town. Checkin was easy and checkout flawless. The apartment itself is freshly renovated and has all the basic amenities you would need for a holiday. Due to it being situated in an older residential building, you might hear some noise hear and there, but nothing major. Overall, we had a good time in the apartment.

We stayed at this apartment over the festive period with our two daughters and my in-laws. Great location to the beach, restaurants and only 6 minutes in a taxi to Siam park. This apartment had everything we needed as a family and is fully equipped with things we didn’t even know like your toiletries, beach towels salt pepper you name it they had, Nothing was to much to ask when I enquired about some Christmas decorations to make it feel like Home I was shocked to actually find a small tree decorated along with a Christmas table runner and some elf hat on the side this did certainly make it like home For my children especially being away for Christmas Day. The people about come alive about 11pm every night and are so noisy and bang around this last for a few hours and does become really annoying but if you put the fan on as white noise it does help sound the noise out. Both Cristian and Mario were alway quick to respond to any messages. I would recommend this apartment to others

Cristian est un hôte très réactif,Mario nous a bien accueilli souriant ,disponible et soigneux de nous donner des détails. le logement est bien placé , agréable. Nous avons cependant eu beaucoup de problèmes avec les voisins du dessus qui ont un enfant en bas âge et qui a été très bruyant durant notre séjour. Nous étions à Las Americas pour un camp d'entrainement et une compétition de surf du coup pas pour la fête. Nous nous levions tôt (6.00) et étions actifs toute la journée du coup le soir nous étions fatigués. Mais impossible de se reposer avant 23:00,23:30 car l'enfant malgré nos demandes était très actif. Cela a gâché un peu notre séjour. Cristian et Mario ont été très compréhensifs et ont également essayé de parler avec eux . Le temps pour le repos est entre 23.00 et 08:00. Donc voilà... C'est un appartement sinon bien situé dans une partie calme de Las Americas , propre , lumineux, et je vous conseille le restaurant TIO MARTIN.

Bella accoglienza da parte di Mario anche se eravamo in ritardo è stato molto disponibile ad aspettarci e a descriverci tutte le funzionalità della casa. Appartamento situato in zona centrale, ben rifornito anche di extra come bagnoschiuma, capsule per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Le foto corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà. Sicuramente consigliato
