Very modern, beautiful villa "Cedelen", built in 2019. 1 km from the centre of Le-Plan-de-la-Tour, 10 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, south-east facing position. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Pool house with shower and WC, boules, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars).
