Very beautiful, comfortable cottage "Castellaio", 2 storeys, detached, renovated in 2020, surrounded by trees and vineyards. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Vesime, in a sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2, large garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 34 km. Nearby attractions: Acqui Terme 26 km, Alba 34 km, Asti 45 km, Turin 95 m.
