Our home features a large master suite and two guest bedrooms. The master suite includes a desk (for when work is absolutely necessary), and all bedrooms have their own tv with cable. Wireless, high-speed internet is available throughout the home.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook your own delicious meals and is open to the dining and living areas. A washer and dryer are available in the garage.

The backyard is large with a hammock and patio/deck, perfect for family cookouts, entertaining friends, or just unwinding after a long day.

The entryway closet is locked for storage purposes, please do not attempt to open.

We live in town and can be contacted any time if there's something you need.

Our home is located in the quiet and safe Northpointe neighborhood.

Close to I-10 and Scenic Highway making it a quick trip to Downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Only a few miles away from Pensacola International Airport, PSC, UWF, and Cordova Mall.

The fireplace is sealed, so please do not attempt to use it.
The backyard is large with a hammock and patio/deck, perfect for family cookouts, entertaining friends, or just unwinding after a long day.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb, & so far I believe I'd say it was my favorite I've been too yet! I loved everything about it. I felt like I was at home & comfortable ❤️ I was pleased with how well organized & clean it was also, at check in whenever I walked in, it smelled so good like the holidays and it was decorated perfect! The water pressure was amazing, & plenty of hot water for your shower! I also liked the fact, most Airbnbs don't allow parking in the garage, however, parking in the car garage was allowed which I thought was a nice gesture for sure! ac worked great! Casey was the sweetest, friendly host as well ❤️!! I was very pleased and happy with this airbnb being one of my most favs in the area, without a doubt, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐stars & highly recommended ❤️❤️ Think you again for having us & we enjoyed our stay do much !! Casey’s Corner was perfect for our visit to Pensacola. It was comfortable and had what we needed for the long stay. The neighborhood was nice. We played games and baked some goodies. Casey answered any questions we had quickly.

House Rules

Pets must be house trained and well behaved. Any pet(s) left unattended should be crated. Do not use fireplace, the chimney has been sealed. Please do not park on the street in front of the wooded area on the left side of the house or in the yard. We provide dishwashing/laundry detergent, disinfectant wipes/spray, as well as other cleaning supplies for our guests to use during their stay. Feel free to use as much as you need, but please leave what you don't use so that we can continue to make these supplies available for future guests.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before your stay. Refunds will not be issued within 24 hours of your stay or after your stay has begun. Travel/Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
