2 bedrooms each feature Queen size beds and the living room couch has a comfortable Queen pull out bed. A fold up cot in the upstairs bedroom can be used if you need a 7th sleeping spot

Guests can access the whole property but should avoid going closer to the river than the deck railing and fencing for safety reasons.

Inside Cascade River Park, a quiet gated community in the woods.

You will need a vehicle to access the property. There is plenty of parking on site. Parking is not allowed next to the road itself. You can drive, walk, bike, or use an off-road vehicle within the park, not to exceed 15mph.

4-wheel drive with chains may be required if there is ice/snow.

We have a wood-fired hot tub, so you must be up for an adventure to use it. It requires building and maintaining a fire inside a special box within the hot tub for several hours prior to use. The hot tub seats 3 people at a time.

Guests must retrieve a key card from downtown Marblemount before accessing the property for the first time and return it at the end of their stay.
