The Space:

*LIVING ROOM*

As you enter the property through the convenient keyless entry, you’ll find the entire open and spacious expanse of the home’s interior in front of your eyes.Make your way to the living area overlooking the pool, and relax on the large, comfy sofa with chaise section. Watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 60” ROKU smart TV with sound bar and host-provided streaming channels through Xfinity Flex (or log into channels via ROKU with your own log-ins). You have easy access to the pool area from here, too.

*THE SPACIOUS KITCHEN/DINING AREA*

Steps away from the living area, prep and cook your most delicious recipes in the fully equipped and well-lit kitchen with all the major stainless-steel appliances – refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave – plus toaster, blender, coffeemaker, and electric tea kettle. You’ll have plenty of counter-space for crafting meals, including an island, which also serves as a breakfast bar or spot to grab a snack. You’ll find all the cookware, bakeware, dish-ware, glassware, serving-ware, flatware, and utensils to serve the group.
 
Grab your morning hot beverage at the coffee/tea station with everything you need.
 
Dine at the farmhouse-style table for 8, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. Or dine al fresco poolside at the table for 6, and cook on the gas grill.

*OUTSIDE SPACE*

Also outside in the private, fenced backyard, of course, splash, refresh, and play in the delightful heated pool – pool toys provided! Relax on poolside chairs and converse in the sitting area with additional chairs and shaded by an umbrella. Your furry friend will love romping in the yard; one dog per stay is welcome at Casas Del Sol and provided with bowls, bed, and bags for waste.
 
After a full day at the beach or exploring all that Delray Beach has to offer – or just hanging out and relaxing at the property , head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of 3 bedrooms, all with their own ensuite bedrooms and walk-in closets. All bathrooms are equipped with bidets.

*3 MASTER BEDROOMS*

On the first level, you’ll find spacious Bedroom 1 with queen bed overlooking the pool. You can step right out to pool patio through slider doors. For any remote work needs, or just to check email or browse the Internet, a dedicated workspace with desk and comfy chair is at your service, supported by super-fast Wi-Fi (750 mbps). You’ll find no lack of storage as this bedroom offers a walk-in closet, along with drawers in the bedside tables. You’ll love the convenience of a large mirror and Bedroom 1’s ensuite bathroom with tub-shower combo and farmhouse-style sink.
 
Upstairs, you can select light and bright Bedroom 2 with its two queen beds and sumptuous linens. Discover a huge mirror and loads of storage in the dresser and walk-in closet with hangers. Bedroom 2’s ensuite bathroom offers a large walk-in shower.
 
Also upstairs is Bedroom 3, with a king bed. Storage galore is available here with bedside tables, a walk-in closet, and shelves. You’ll love the pops of color here. The convenient ensuite bath provides a walk-in shower.
 
You’ll love the convenience of the supplied unscented detergent.

The pool's heating is by request with additional $30/day fee.

Please note:
Trash pick up: Wednesday and Saturday morning.
Pool Maintenance: Friday mornings.
Lawn Services: Twice a month (as the weather permits).

A camera/security system using 5 exterior cameras is in operation as follows:
– Nest doorbell camera: Records video and audio on motion
– Front-yard camera facing driveway: Records video only on motion
– Right-side camera facing gate: Records video only on motion
– Left-side camera facing the pool equipment and the gate: Records video only on motion
- Backyard camera facing the pool: Records video only on motion.

*Parties or events are not permitted.
 
Pets:
Guests are welcome to bring 1 dog, as long as he/she is friendly, does not cause damage such as chewing or scratching, and weighs 50 lbs. or less. Pet fee is $200. A complimentary, comfortable plush dog bed is available, along with water/food bowls, waste bags. You will also find a dog crate to use when the dog is left alone at home.
 
Additional rules:
A $500 additional fee will be charged if a cigarette-smoke odor can be detected inside the house.
Quiet hours: 10PM to 9AM
Do not rearrange the furniture or remove it from the house.
