For shared use: garden, swimming pool angular fenced (depth 100 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: washing machine. Parking, public parking 60 m on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, pub garden 100 m, bus stop "Cruce Casares" 1.1 km. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, tennis 500 m.
