Uber and Taxis are very safe and economical in Puerto Vallarta to travel between the airport and the property. Once in Zona Romatica everything is walking distance. Public transportation to Mismaloya and Boca de Tomatlan pass in front of the property. The main bus stop to go shopping to Walmart, Costco or the Mall is just a few blocks from the property.

The unit is in a condominium with full time residents, part time residents and vacation rentals. You will be provided with a copy of the building rules upon check-in and via Email. All members of your party will be expected to follow the rules. The building will be given the name of all registered guests and your visitors may be required to show and leave their id with security before entering the building. Payment Policy

Payments and deposit can be sent via Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer/wire, Remitley and Paypal.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$250.00 Refundable after 7 days after check out if no damages is reported to the property and all the inventory is in the property.

For ANY cancellation, a $250 USD NON-REFUNDABLE fee will be charged in addition to:

Cancel 30 days before check-in = 100% money received is refundable
Cancel 29-15 days before check in = 50% money received is refundable

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 14 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancel 60 days prior to arrival, money received is 50% refundable

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance:

It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of but not limited to family emergencies/bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. NO refunds are given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
