Private: well-kept terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Motor access to 300 m from the house. 300 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 300 m on the road. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km. Nearby attractions: Morbegno 14 km, Val di Mello 18 km, Fly Emotion (Zipline) 24 km, Ponte Tibetano Ponte nel Cielo 28 km, Sondrio 35 km, Train Bernina Express: Tirano-St Moritz 60 km.
