There is garage parking for 2 vehicles, the driveway fits 4 additional vehicles, and there is ample free street parking in front of the house.
I'm available via phone, or text for the duration of your stay, and there are additional on staff members close by in Indio, if any urgent issues arise.

Other things to note:
- 2 pets are allowed at this home. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $125 per pet and a deposit of $250. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Spa heat is included; Pool heat is available for an additional fee, please request 24 hours in advance
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Bedroom 4 features a queen-sized bunk bed.
- City of Indio Occupancy and noise limits are enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking
