Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable house "Las Terrazas", 2 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: beautiful terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, parking (for 3 cars), single garage. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 750 m, bus stop "Estacion de Autobuses" 1.5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km pebble beach "Playa del Montañar" 3 km.
