“Casa Kaia 2 week stay in beautiful Bucerias”

Kasa Kaia is located centrally to everything in Bucerias. You can walk to fresh fruit and veggie stands, eat at many outstanding restaurants, walk the beach and view humpback whales,dolphins,sea turtles and more. The condo is both secure and more than adequate for a 5 person stay. I'd love to be able to stay longer next time.

“Best experience in Bucerias!!!”

Casa Kaia is the best place I have stayed in Bucerias, it is a spacious beachfront place, very nicely decorated with everything you might need during your stay, it has an amazing view of the Pacific and the amenities are top notch. The infiniti pool and terrace at the top add to the great experience. If that would not have been sufficient, Jamies attention is the best I have had on a rental place, very open and attentive to our needs, left welcome gifts at our arrival and was always one message away for anything we needed to know our support. The place is great but the combo of the place and Jamie's attention makes this the top place to stay in Bucerias.

“Jamie’s condo lovely, well equipped, wonderful roof top pool with outdoor balcony with view of ocean.”

Condo in El Divino complex in Bucerías. Beach 1/2 block. Pool amazing with comfortable chairs and umbrellas. Washer and dryer so handy. condo spacious with a big dining room table for eating and games with kids. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking and blending drinks! Also lots of supplies (salt pepper cooking oil) shampoo and soap provided. All in all A+++

“Magnificent”

My stay here was perfect! The host was very kind and helpful, the pictures are accurate and up to date, the location is steps away from the beach, the area was safe and peaceful and my time away here was incredible as this place truly feels like a home away from home! I definitely will return!

Quiet little bach town, many dining options, grocery store near by. Condo was supper cute, clean and had everything we needed. Parking in a private garage, only a few steps to the beach and beautiful relaxing view from the pool. Definitely would stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Bucerias. It had everything we needed. It was close to the beach, a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Even a lovely welcome basket. She was very responsive with communications. Above and beyond. We would surely stay here again.

“Amazing Stay”

I cannot tell you how wonderful Jaime was to work with. She was incredibly accommodating. The beds were so comfortable! Even the sofa! Can’t beat the location. I would 110% recommend staying at Jamie’s!

Hello! My name is Jamie. Our family has truly fallen in love with Mexico & all of it’s history & beauty. This is why we decided to buy our second home in Bucerias, Mexico. Bucerias is a cute little beach town on the Pacific Coast, right outside Puerto Vallarta. Bucerias has a relaxed & beachy vibe with incredible beaches, yummy food/drinks, outdoor markets, & art galleries.

Please note: there is no smoking allowed on the property, including the balcony & rooftop terrace. If you need to smoke, you can go down to street level, outside of the gates. Thanks for your cooperation.

1. Dogs are to be on a leash when entering, or exiting the property
2. Pets are not allowed on the pool deck
3. Glass of any kind is prohibited on the pool deck
4. Smoking in condos and all common areas of the building is prohibited
5. Animals defecating in all common spaces is a violation
6. Personal items are to be stored in the storage area overnight
7. Destroying or vandalizing property of the building or an owner/tenant is prohibited
8. Pool deck hours are 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
9. ⁠Nothing to hang over the railings or over common area walls.
10. No parties or events allowed.

Cancellation Policy

I allow cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, because I know sometimes life happens, but I request that if you know you aren’t going to make your dates, to please let me know as soon as possible so I can fill those dates with other reservations.
