This newly renovated and beautifully decorated home is perfect for those seeking high-end comfort and privacy with a cozy, contemporary flair. All the details have been thought of and extra touches are seen both inside & out. This light filled, spacious, and elegant southwestern home has every detail and convenience thought of for you. The well-equipped kitchen is a home chef's haven with everything you need to make culinary magic. The open dining, living room, and den easily flow together yet are defined enough that you can do separate activities while still having engaging interactions. Each bedroom and bathroom are designed using the best combination of comfort and function with an artistic ambiance. For times when you want to use a computer the cute and cozy office will be the perfect spot to work in a quiet, yet sunny environment. Just bring your laptop and you're all set.

After a day of exploring the area unwind on the patio in plush outdoor furnishings and listen to the calming water fountain or dine al fresco as the sun sets and watch the mountains turn pink with the gas firepit adding warmth to the evening air. Our neighborhood is a 55+ community and one member of the rental party needs to be a minimum age of 55 due to HOA restrictions. Guest under 18 welcome to stay with primary guests up to 30 days. No smoking No pets No parties or Events.

After move-out inspection security deposit is released within 14 business days.
