Welcome to Casa Agua Salada hosted by Jenny and Stephen. Located in the beachside community of Surfside, this newly constructed 3 bedroom house offers the perfect retreat for your next getaway. The villa is just a 10 minute walk to Playa Potrero and a short drive to the Flamingo marina and other beautiful beaches.
The property features modern amenities, including European style kitchen, comfortable spacious bedrooms, luxury rainfall showers, 4K 50 inch tv’s, outdoor tv, beautiful pool, and a covered area called a Rancho for outdoor dining and entertaining.This villa is the perfect spot to explore the nearby beaches, shops, restaurants, and other coastal activities or just relax by the crystal clear pool. The Space

The Villa has 2 houses. The entire main house is for our vacationing guest. This house has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a modern European style kitchen. The house will very comfortably accommodate up to 6 guest. Up to 2 extra guests can join for an extra charge staying in a provided sofa bed.

The other house is occupied by your host with the pool and rancho separating the 2 houses. The host will be available for your requests and needs, but giving you the necessary privacy for your comfort.

The new pool has a submerged built in bench perfect for relaxing, sipping a cocktail and socializing. The pool has a multi color LED light to help set the mood of the evening . The pool is beautifully decorated with Moroccan zellige tile and a teak wooden deck partially surrounds the pool.

The Rancho is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, stovetop, sink and a beverage fridge. There is plenty of high quality outdoor furniture for dining, entertaining and lounging. The rancho is also equipped with a half bathroom, lighting, ceiling fans and outdoor tv.
