Welcome to Ca Carmina, Your home away from home! You can enjoy a quiet and familiar private urbanization with a swimming pool and grassy areas, 10 minutes walking distance from La playa del Cura and with all services nearby. Supermarkets, pharmacies, GP, bars, restaurants and everything you need to have a perfect vacation with 320 days of sunshine a year.

A 50-minute drive from Murcia International Airport
One bedroom apartment on the second floor with 2 single beds of 90 x200 that you can put together and an extra bed.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and heater and the washing machine is in the bathroom in case you need it during your stay.
The living room is made up of a 3-seater sofa bed from which you can watch television, a relaxing sofa and a low table. The living room has access to an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs.
The kitchen is independent and has a dishwasher, oven, gas hob and electric fire, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utilities.
The kitchen has access to a covered terrace where you can hang your clothes and beach towels.
If you are going to work remotely, please let us know and we will arrange a space so that you can do it more comfortably.

I thoroughly enjoyed my month at Gema's place. The apartment was clean, secure and well equipped. The apartment had everything you could need, TV, WiFi,all cooking equipment you could need. The apartment is well located with supermarkets restaurants,bars and the beach all close by. Gema was a great host and answered any queries quickly and always gave clear instructions. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Gema fue una excelente host, nos dio instrucciones súper claras y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier inconveniente. El piso está en muy buen estado y muy bien equipado. Hay ventilador en el techo de la habitación, y aire acondicionado para no pasar nada de calor. La casa estaba equipada con todo lo necesario (plancha, secador…). También tenia todo lo necesario para cocinar. Nos gustó mucho encontrarnos con hielos en el congelador, ¡está todo pensado!. Hay una tele en el salón y el wifi funcionaba de lujo. En cuanto a la localización, el apartamento está a 10 minutos de dos playas distintas , y tenía todas las tiendas necesarias cerca. En conclusión, una experiencia 10/10. ¡Definitivamente repetiremos! :)

No hemos estado mucho tiempo, pero nos ha gustado mucho el sitio. La terraza está muy bonita para desayunar o cenar fuera. Cuando hemos llegado, tuvimos problemas para entrar, pero la anfitrión pudimos inmediatamente comunicarnos con la anfitriona y nos resolvió el problema enseguida. Hemos ido con nuestra mascota y tenía para la comida y agua. :) nos ha gustado mucho.
