Comfortable clean uncluttered spacious middle floor condo with 24hr/7day security in a gated community 10 minutes from the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy private free parking, free fiber optic Wi-Fi, pool, w/d, 65inch flat screen tv, ac, ceiling fans, all bed linens and towels. Includes bilingual property manager assistance and cleaning services if needed. Lots of bright natural light in a contemporary setting. See monkeys and toucans from the balcony. This condo is 5k from the beach. Its a 10-minute taxi ride or collectivo (shuttle van) that cost about $2-$3 usd or 40 to 70 pesos and takes you to the front gate of the community. We can arrange a taxi driver for you during your stay. Grocery stores are near the beach and in Colonia side of the town. Laundry service can pick up and drop off as well. We will assist you in whatever you need. Please note: this condo is on the second floor and does have stairs. Additional guests beyond 2 people will be charged an additional fee each night of their stay.

Selva Escondida is located 25 minutes from the Cancun Airport. We will help you arrange transportation from the airport to the condo. This is not a beachfront condo.
