Small dog door from the living room out onto a ramp that leads down to a small fenced area as an added convenience for pets to do their business. Please keep that area cleaned up.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - 10PM

Guests will be given a code to get the keys from the lockbox.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

A copy of your license will be required.

Maximum occupancy: 2

We do not allow more than 2 people at the cottage (including children and infants). Only guests disclosed in the inquiry process are allowed to stay on the property. At no time should maximum occupancy be exceeded.

House Rules

**Please see rental agreement that needs to be acknowledged and agreed to in the booking process (along with payment in full).

GUESTS REQUESTING PET RESERVATIONS:

Dogs need to be disclosed and pre-approved before booking (no cats or other animals). $150 per stay (for the week).

The yard will need to be picked up of any waste or an additional cleaning fee of $75 will apply. Your dog should not bark excessively when left in the home or chew on furniture (please consider this before requesting to bring your dog). You will need to pay for any damages yourself as insurance does not cover pet damage. We will need a copy of your license as the responsible party (person booking).

Payment Policy

Half + rental agreement due at time of booking if more than 2 months to check-in.
*Payment in full due 2 months before check-in.
*PLUS Security Deposit: $500 (fully refundable) due 7 days in advance of your stay.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit can be paid via check and is due 7 days in advance of your stay. It will be returned if no damages, excessive cleaning or penalties (such as smoking, undisclosed pets, or undisclosed guests) within 7 days after the stay through the same means, but may take longer to arrive or clear. Your check will need to clear before check-in to gain the access code to the premises. The Primary Guest agrees to compensate the Vacation Rental Owner for repair or replacement of any damages to the premises resulting from said reserved stay. Damages that may be claimed by the Vacation Rental Owner from the Primary Guest are not limited to the amount of the security deposit and shall include any and all costs incurred by the Vacation Rental Owner to recover such damages including attorney fees.

Cancellation Policy

If the Primary Guest cancels his/her reservation, he/she will be eligible for a refund ONLY if the premises are re rented by the Vacation Rental Owner. If the Owner secures a replacement for the entire term of the canceled reservation (at the same rate and terms), the Primary Guest will receive a refund of the total amount paid (less a $200 admin fee taken from the cleaning fee). If re-rented for a lesser net amount, the difference between this rental and the lesser rental amount shall not be refunded, and the $200 admin fee still applies as a separate fee. There’s no guarantee that a replacement will be secured; the Vacation Rental Owner has final approval regarding any tenancy. No subletting, assignment or use by others allowed. Once a reservation has been canceled, it cannot be reinstated without going back through the process of submitting a request and deposit ($200 admin fee forfeited).

We knew this would be the perfect place to offer to vacationers wanting the flexibility and convenience of a centralized location!
