Enjoy a peaceful stay just 10 minutes south of Branson, with easy access to local attractions. The home features parking for 2 vehicles and is close to the HWY 76 Strip, Branson Landing, and top golf courses. Table Rock Lake is just a short distance away, with a public boat launch nearby.

◈ No lifeguard on duty at the pool.
◈ Ring doorbell with a camera is next to the front door.
◈ Quiet hours from 11 PM – 8 AM.
◈ No smoking or vaping inside or on the patios.
◈ No boat or trailer parking at the house or in the neighborhood. Contact us for alternative options.

**Guest Access**

Guests have full access to the entire home, excluding locked closets.

◈ No amplified sound outside at any time.
◈ Max occupancy is 8, plus babies.
◈ Must be 23 years or older to book.
◈ Friendly, house-trained dogs are welcome; no cats or other pets.

**Parking Details:**

◈ 2 cars can park in the driveway.
◈ Overflow parking is available across the road near the pool.
