One the finest vacation homes in town. Our apartment was built in 2004, has been renovated in 2018 and is beautifully furnished. It can comfortably handle several adults or a family with young children. Our guests have told us that this condo is simply first class.
This is a great base for hiking, biking, skiing and just plain exploring the Rockies. Everything you could want to do is within about an hour drive. Best is when you get back and park for the evening, you are so central in Canmore that you will never need you car.
Everything you need is literally within a block or two. From Groceries, Banking, Coffee Shops and Liquor to Sporting Goods, Electronics, Clothing and Rentals.
A one-level, open floor plan creates a very spacious and comfortable living area that can handle several people without feeling crowded. It is a true 2 bedroom apartment with separate living-room/kitchen (see floor plan) and gives a great deal of privacy to the master bedroom as compared to loft suites. Perfect for separately sleeping adult guests, kids, and to have a quite retreat to the Master Bedroom while others are still up!
Kitchen with Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, etc. and fully stocked with all dishware and cooking accessories.
Deck with full 4 burner BBQ grill.
Gas Fireplace.
Laundry room with front loading Washer and Dryer for those longer stays and Iron for Pressing.

Cancellation Policy
As per contract but in summary:
-Cancellation by the Guest of the reservation 46 days or more prior to the Arrival Date will be without penalty or prejudice; save for a 5% processing fee. The 95% balance of the Deposit amount, subject to any foreign currency exchange loss or gain if not in CAD, will be refunded within 15 business days plus any postal delays, if applicable.
-Cancellation by the Guest of the reservation between 45 days and 31 days prior to the Arrival Date will result in the Guest forfeiting the Deposit amount as penalty and the Agreement shall be considered terminated.
-Cancellation by the Guest of the reservation 30 days or less prior to the Arrival Date or cessation of occupancy during the Rental Term for any reason whatsoever will result in the Guest forfeiting the Deposit amount and 100% of the balance as penalty and the Agreement shall be considered terminated.
Notwithstanding the above provisions the Owner may, at their sole and unfettered discretion, consider a partial remission of the forfeited amount if the Property is able to be rented to another party for some portion of the cancelled Rental Term.
