Located within Villas East a 55+ relaxing adult community with a pool walking distance of the condo! Walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market and several nice restaurants. Assigned single car parking with visitor parking right outside of the condo. Laundry facilities in complex a 2 minute walk from casita.

Comfortable master bedroom with queen bed and small table for a designated working space. Newer full kitchen with gas stove and breakfast bar. Wireless internet and smart TV to allow any renter to log into their own streaming services. YouTube TV is provided to enjoy your favorite local news channels and live TV shows. Private patio has comfortable seating, shade and dining along with a grill.

Nearby golfing includes Canoa Ranch and San Ignacio. Spectacular Madera Canyon is about a 30 minute drive east of Green Valley. A 20 minute drive south on I 19 will take you to Tubac with fabulous art, history, culture and shopping

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Check-in is keyless for your convenience. To enter the property, you will use the keypad located outside the main front door. The access code is the last four digits of your phone number.

Please note:

The code will only work starting at 4:00 PM on your check-in day.
The code will stop working at 11:00 AM on your check-out day.

House Rules

Cañada Casita is located in a 55+ community, the primary renter must meet this age requirement. One reserved parking spot available directly in our front with visitor parking available on a first come basis. Green Valley Rec facilities available for an additional fee paid by renter.

Payment Policy

For bookings made more than 45 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the check-in date. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the reservation may be canceled, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 45 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made after this 45-day period are non-refundable, unless we are able to rebook the property for the same dates. In the event of rebooking, the refunded amount will be equal to the amount we are able to secure for the rebooked dates.
