Private: natural state property (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (3 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine.
