The condo was very comfortable, neat and clean. It had everything we needed for a two week stay. The bed was comfortable and the ability to do laundry was a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, Keurig, pots/pans and toaster, etc. When we had questions, Justice was very responsive and took care of things right away.

This apartment was in a very quiet spot - no traffic or neighbor noise. Very much appreciated. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed. Pretty much checked all my boxes for a vacation rental, especially the quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery shopping and the main freeway. The only negative was the high cleaning fee, considering I had to strip the bed, assemble the trash, organize the laundry, clear out the refrigerator, and load and run the dishwasher.

A cozy and nicely remodeled unit within easy distance to shopping, trails and GVR. The beds and furniture are comfortable. It is on the courtyard which is shared with the other units, so it’s easy to socialize, but not necessary or noisy. The kitchen was clean and well stocked, so a pleasure to cook in. We would stay there again.

For bookings made more than 45 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the check-in date. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the reservation may be canceled, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 45 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made after this 45-day period are non-refundable, unless we are able to rebook the property for the same dates. In the event of rebooking, the refunded amount will be equal to the amount we are able to secure for the rebooked dates.
