Toby Anns place was right out of a story book. It was so adorable and had everything we needed. We made waffles every morning with the mix and instructions provided, she had enough coffee for us to make multiple pots a day. We had our two dogs with us and loved walking them around the quiet neighborhood and to the gorgeous river which was right across the street. There was a key pad to lock the door which made everything so simple. The washer and dryer are nice and new and easy to use. The hot tub has clear instructions on use and big enough to fit a few people! On busy park days you get the bonus of cutting the line to get in since the neighborhood is so close to the park entrance. Toby has been extremely responsive and so helpful to my many questions and planning over the last year since I booked to the point I'd consider her a friend of mine now. Thank you Toby for your wonderful house, we made many special memories!

The lovely fire pit, the giant hot tub, the fluffy towels… but what stood out was the well stocked kitchen: waffle mix with handwritten instructions and a waffle maker! Quality plates, large coffee mugs, enough silverware, a coffee grinder! Don’t miss the walk just across the road to the river!

This is a thoughtfully designed and well-maintained cabin. Toby Ann is a very responsive host. We had a family reunion here and the kids loved playing by the river and making s'mores over the fire pit. The cabin is very close to the park and one unanticipated benefit is that on busy days you join the line much closer to the entrance than if you were staying further away.

Cannot state how amazing this cabin was and how happy we were with it. Literally cannot be closer to the park entrance at Mt Rainier. Hot tub was perfect and lots of room for sleeping. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Exactly as described and as good as it gets for a getaway to a cabin. Loved it!

Perfect stay - from the moment we booked Toby Ann was extremely responsive and helpful, and gave us great hiking tips in Mt. Ranier NP for our 5 year old. The home was beautifully kept and had all the amenities we wanted, including toys for our son! The house was nestled in a gorgeous property and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

This is a great place for steps away from Mt Rainier national park. So many hiking trails and peaceful sighting of much wildlife. An elk and many deer were regular visitor to the open field nearby.

Refundable Damage Deposit

DAMAGES/CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT A credit card is required to be on file as a guarantee of payment and for damages or any additional fees, if assessed. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand and authorize that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. The guest whose credit card is on file is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
Charges can be made for the following reasons:
-To repair or replace anything that is damaged or missing
-To pay any and all charges accrued during your stay
-To change locks and replace all keys if any are lost (security key fob replacement cost up to $250 each)
-To cover excessive cleaning upon departure (i.e. stained carpets, furniture, walls, appliances, mattresses, etc.)
-To put the unit, and the things in it, in the condition when you moved in

Notes

We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. Pet fee is per dog; if you register one dog, this fee is included in your reservation cost. Guests registering two dogs will need to pay the second pet fee as a separate payment after booking. We are not able to host any other animals/pets. Infants are included in guest count when considering the max occupancy of our home. We have outdoor security cameras at this listing that is motion activated. It captures video of the sides and front of house. They are on 24/7 regardless of occupancy. Please ensure all guests are part of the registered guest count at time of booking to ensure an accurate cost for your reservation. We reserve the right to charge for guests added after the initial reservation. The hot tub chemicals are balanced twice a week. The tech is onsite for approximately 15 minutes. While it typically can be used 30 minutes after service is complete, if a water change is necessary, the hot tub will take 4-5 hours to reach the desired temperature. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions, guests with skin sensitivities, or children. Please consult with your doctor prior to use if this applies to you. Our home has an 80 gallon hot water tank. Groups that are accustomed to limitless hot water and long showers are encouraged to space showers apart to provide the tank time to reheat.
