House Rules
I would appreciate it if you could follow the house rules. First and foremost, enjoy your stay. I hope you enjoy the ambiance. I’m sure you’ll do your best to preserve it. 1. I will ask you not to smoke or vape inside the cabin or in the garage, please. Anywhere outside is ok but ask that you dispose of all trash and be mindful not to throw butts outdoors. We live in an arid area, and wildfires often happen. 2. Please do not have a fire in the fire pit outside if it’s windy. No fireworks or any other fires outside besides at the fire pit during low wind conditions. Please put it out when you are done. 3. We are pet friendly but please clean up if your pet makes a mess. You will find food and water bowls variety of toys for your animal in the baskets in the garage. Please be careful leaving your dog outside alone, downstairs. Our dogs have been able to dig under the wire fence. There are tie-downs in the side yard for extra security if you need them. We understand that accidents can happen. If they do, you can find a Bissell Little Green carpet and floor cleaner in the garage on the shelf. 4. Do not hike alone, stay outside alone, or leave kids or pets outside alone. There are bears and mountain lions commonly spotted on the property. 5. Please don’t let kids play outside unsupervised. There is never a shortage of construction projects where we live and we don’t want any kids playing near timbers or equipment and there are a lot of steep places on the mountain. Please stay away from the RV, barn and the outdoor workshop area behind the barn, the tractor and trailers. The rest of the property and the trampoline are all yours. 6. The hot tub lid is on but it is not locked so please don’t leave kids outside on the patio alone. To be safe, we locked up all the chemicals. BEFORE YOU GO Load and start the dishwasher. Place all used towels in bathtubs. Strip beds of linens and leave them on the floor.
