Cabin Fevers is your cozy UP getaway with lots of beautiful and awesome things to see nearby, every day.

We are located at the foot of Powderhorn Mountain. Snowriver Mountain Resort ( previously known as Blackjack & Indianhead) is also nearby.

Wolverine X Country & Snowshoe Trails are very close, & ABR, Miner’s, & Montreal X Country Trails are also nearby.

We are close to Copper Peak, Black River Harbor, Little Girls Point, & many waterfalls.

Porcupine Mountain State Park is a nice drive away.You'll stay in a duplex in unit #2, with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms two decks, fully-equipped kitchen, (with full-sized oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans, glasses, & utensils), SAUNA, electric fireplace and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Each guest is supplied with two sets of towels.

We live in Unit #1, BUT the hot tub will be all yours during your stay. You will also have a private sauna in your unit.

We have Spectrum High speed internet and Roku.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

The lease begins at 4:00 pm on the date of check-in and ends at 11:00 am on date of check out. Check in instruction will be sent the night before your stay.

Check Out: 11AM

No pets

If guests brings a pet into our non-pet home, it will invalidate this rental agreement allowing immediate eviction with no refund.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

The signer must be over 25 and reside at the property for the full duration of the stay. All guests must be over 25, unless accompanied by a parent. We reserve the right to ask for ID’s before accepting the reservation.

Maximum occupancy: 6

Maximum number of guests is six persons (this includes infants and children). Any day visitors must be approved by owner. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our house rules.

House Rules

Absolutely no parties.
Absolutely NO pets.
No extra guests.
If you are caught with extra guests or pets, you will immediately asked to leave.

Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house, on the back decks or in the backyard. You may smoke on the front deck or on the driveway, but please put butts into provided silver buckets.

Absolutely no fireworks, smoke bombs or related items to be set off on the property at any time.

Please remove shoes at the door.

Families are absolutely more than welcome, but please - no children left in the house, or sauna unattended. And please, no “rough-housing” in the house.

No running, jumping or tumbling on the decks or in the house. Do NOT walk or bounce on grating on the floor of the deck. Do not sit or stand on railings.p

If there's snow on the ground, feel free to go in the back yard, but please stay on the shoveled trails. For your safety, please stay out of the woods and the neighbors' yards, & also, PLEASE NO snowmobiling, snowboarding, skiing, sledding, or any other Winter Olympic Sports on the property, at any time.

If you need a towel/washcloth to remove makeup, please use black washcloths labeled “MAKEUP.”

Feel free to use the outdoor grill, but please do NOT move it. If you need help, please let us know. Please - do not bring your own grill to use.

The shed and garden are off limit to guests. All wood on the property is off limits. Do NOT touch.

Please cleanup after yourself and follow check out instructions on fridge. An additional fee will be deducted from your deposit if extra cleaning is needed.

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Check -out is at 11:00 AM., cleaners will enter if you have not vacated by 11:15 AM.

Payment Policy

Full payment, as agreed in accepted quote is due at booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit will be refunded after check-out if unit not damaged.

If extra cleaning is required, extra cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit.

If you have not vacated from the property by 11 AM on your check out day, a late check out fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If guest wishes to cancel reservation, deposits and payments will be refunded as follows:
*30 days prior to the Check-in date- 100% refund of all deposits and payments.
*14 days prior to the Check-in date- 50% refund of all deposits and payments.
Less than 14 days to check-in- No refund of any deposits or payments.

Notes

Parking is limited to three small, or two large vehicles. Do not block mailbox.
Not responsible for acts of Mother Nature.
