Loved this home so much! It really did feel like being at home. And even with a group of 7 plus a dog we never felt crowded. The little touches in the house made the stay great! Plus, only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. If we had any questions Erica was very quick to respond and reassured us many times to give her a call if we needed anything at all! I’d definitely recommend booking this property, or any with Erica!

Such a cute little beach house!
My family and I had a great time here! The house was clean and accommodating, especially for our toddlers! It is also less than a 5 minute drive from the beach! Erica was super sweet and communicative! Definitely recommend!

Mermaid house
My kids loved theme of the house. They kept calling it mermaid cove. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

Home away from home with an amazing host!!!
This VRBO was perfect!!! It was spotless and beautifully decorated!! My husband, myself, and our three kids 6,4,1, plus my parents had plenty of space!! The front and back yard are completely fenced, which is a great plus for our two small dogs!! The house has everything you can think of plus more! There was plenty of board and card games and even beach toys!!! Most nights we enjoyed cooking on the BBQ pit out back and then coming together in the kitchen/living room area to play goldfish and watching LSU for the night. The house is located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood, close to the seawall, strand, moody gardens, and Schlitterbahn! On top of all that Erica is amazing host, she answers within minutes! She provided all the information on the best things to do on the island and left goodies for the kids and some wine for the adults to enjoy!! I would highly recommend staying her to anyone and look forward to our next vacation here!! 10 stars!!

Erica and Hollis are the best hosts, always responsive, and very proactive in offering support and local guidance. Their house was perfect for our big group of 5 adults and 3 kids. We had all of the essentials. It was my husbands birthday and we managed to get some fresh fish and shrimp from Katie’s and cook at the house and eat on his birthday. That was his favorite part of the stay. I liked the Water hose in the backyard. We could all wash off sand after the beach before walking in. Overall, great experience for a short weekend getaway, but we would have stayed longer if we could.
