Welcome to the Cabin by the Sea! The home is located on a quiet street 6 blocks to the beach in the Midtown area between Gaidos and Shrimp N Stuff. We are centrally located to downtown and Seawall side of Broadway for beach access. We have cozy beds with 100% cotton bedding and high end blackout curtains to rest while on vacation. We cater to the specific guests needs for each stay. Front and back separate fenced yards for your dogs to enjoy! Weekly/Monthly Fall/Winter Specials certain weeks!

Check In: 4PM - 11AM

Since we self manage we try and accommodate to each guest. We have a lock box for guest access and leave to instruction the day of check in. We try and leave the guests alone to enjoy their vacation!!!

We will not let ANYONE rent from us under the age of 25.

Payment Policy

Preferred payment through Houfy. Also, accepts PayPal for business.

Refundable Damage Deposit

With in 7 days of guest check out. If parking passes are left and no damage or missing items at the home guests will be given full security back with in & days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund of reservation, plus all deposits, if cancelled with in 10 days of the start of the guest check in date. NO money shall be returned if cancelled with in the 10 days before guest arrival date. The funds may be applied to a future stay at any of our properties.

We have 2 residential parking passes. The parking is all residential and only 2 spots are guaranteed per house. 2 vehicles ONLY please
