I love the outdoors and first visited charming Big Bear when lived in Las Vegas back in 2008. I would escape to Big Bear every few months for some seasonal beauty and respite from the desert. Come enjoy the crisp fall air and pretty foliage, winter sports, singing birds and summer lake at the sweet retreat - Cabin 805!

You can see both the upper and lower decks (peek of the cedar sauna below).

- 1 Dog permitted with advance notice and payment
- No parties or events
- Quiet Hours Daily - 10pm - 8am
- Maximum of 4 guests
- Maximum of 1 car - No street parking
- This property requires a $200 security deposit.
- Guests are responsible for the safety of children in and around the sauna, and fireplaces
- Disregard for house rules will result in immediate cancellation.

Payment Policy

1. $50 for animals for cleaning costs.
2. Late Check-Out Fee:
- Guests wishing to extend their stay must submit a written request at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-out time to avoid a fee of $250 per day or the seasonal nightly rate, whichever is higher.
- Late check-out requests are subject to availability and approval by the homeowner.
- If approved, the homeowner may charge a fee for late check-out, even if within the original booking.
Exceptions:
- Late check-out fees may be waived at the homeowner's discretion in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or flight delays. Documentation may be required to verify the reason for the delay.

Cancellation Policy

If Guest wishes to cancel reservation, deposit and payments will be refunded as follows:
- 14 days or more prior to the Check-In Date – 100% refund of all deposits or payments
- Less than 14 days to Check-In – No refund on any payments, except for the security deposit
