Enter condo C402 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the 4th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 7. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 7 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

We loved this condo and it's view from the balcony. The location was nice and convenient.

We enjoyed this condo and it's view from the balcony. There were two couples staying there and we rented bikes for the week. Biking was somewhat limited but we managed to go somewhere everyday even if was to get ice cream. The area had great fresh fish markets and I think we grilled fish/shrimp three times during our seven day stay. Everyone was friendly and we got into conversations with individuals from our area of the world by just wearing a sports tee shirt. The pure white sand beaches are unbelievable and the beauty really couldn't be captured by a photo. It was hard to return home.

Best Beach View

Condo was cleaned and ready early allowing us to check in after a long drive. The views were absolutely magnificent and could not have asked for a better view to wake up to in the morning. Facility was clean, ammenities were great & had security present made it feel even safer.
We will definitely be visiting again from Texas!

We had a wonderful vacation!

We had the best time staying in this condo! It was in a perfect location and located right on the beach. The beach and pool wasn’t overly crowded. The condo was clean and the host was great to work with. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Jan is the consummate host. She attends to every detail of your stay, and will promptly take care of any issues that might arise during your stay. Jan & Corey promptly replaced 2 microwave failures, and a garbage disposal issue. They are the absolute best!

Wonderful location and property

The condo was exactly as described. Perfect location, close to everything, but property was very quiet. Unit included everything necessary for great stay including kitchen supplies, towels, linen, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. at a fair price. TV malfunctioned and was replaced within 1 hour of notifying property owner. Hope to stay in same unit next year.

What a view!

This condo has a great view of the Gulf and the pool. The property is kept up nicely. The condo was comfortable and had about everything you could need. Bring your own beach towel and floating device for the Gulf. We only used one bedroom, but the bed was very comfortable.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a check-in package email as well as a printable parking pass. Included in the check-in email are your door code, Wi-Fi code, and other information you may need during your stay.

Upon your arrival you may be stopped by a security guard at the front gate, to which you should provide your parking pass and let them know you have just arrived and are checking in to your condo. Once inside the property parking lot, you may go directly to your condo at or after your check-in time. You do not need to check in anywhere else.

There is an electronic door lock on the front door. We will generate a unique door code for that lock that will work for the duration of your stay and send it to you in your check-in package email prior to your arrival.

House Rules

No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. ONLY Americans with Disabilities Act-approved animals are permitted. Those dogs must wear the required red vest at all times on site. Please report any ADA handicapped service assistance animals at the time of reservation.

Specialty motorized vehicles, including but not limited to Trailers, RVs, Boats, Golf Carts, Scooters, and small rental cars, are NOT allowed in the Beach House Condominium parking areas and must be parked offsite. Violators are subject to towing without notice.

No glass on the pool deck.

No grills are allowed on patios or balconies.

Please do not throw or drop anything from the balconies, including ice, water, cigarettes, etc. as that is a violation of FL State law.

Please do not hang any towels or clothing on the railings of the patios.

Please do not keep patio & entry doors open simultaneously. This creates a dangerous draft that can cause significant damage to the door frame or bodily injury.

Please do not leave any belongings outside the front door, as these are a tripping hazard in the case of a fire.

Please do not let the A/C run while the windows or patio doors are open, as this will cause A/C to malfunction.

Cancellation Policy

Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
