Enter condo C303 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 3rd floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo are 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

wonderful condo and location

We had a wonderful time in the condo, it was clean, well stocked and the view was perfect. The location was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again! The host was responsive, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable cozy beach condo in the perfect location and wonderful staff and guest on site.

This condo is in the perfect location near the beach and close to pool. The staff on site was amazing. The owner was very attentive to our needs. Had a small hiccup with a new fridge that they addressed immediately and they continued to check in on us daily and were extremely nice. The condo is tidy and cozy and the perfect family or couples get away.
The ocean on the private beach was the best part. No over crowding and just the perfect serenity to a beach vacation

Great Location

The Beach House Condos are clean, have a nice floor plan, and are most convenient for pool and beach time. The grounds are secure and people were kind. Very easy to run up to the room and come right down to the pool or ocean. Having the chairs/umbrella at the ocean are an added amenity that just makes things easier. This was a great place to stay for a family to relax and enjoy the water.

Wonderful as always!

Beautiful updated condo with gorgeous views. We used the pool, pickleball courts, walked the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We were welcomed with a complementary bucket from Jan/Corey. We love our condo and the Beach House and come every year.

C303 Beach House Condominium was a great experience.

We stayed in condo C303 Beach House Destin Florida for a 2 a week stay. The unit was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities and a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. During our stay a contractor measured the master bath in preparation for a rebuild to a double sink with a walk in shower. The bed in the master was very comfortable. My sister that slept in the second bedroom said the same. All in all we found this unit to be one of the best that we have stayed in at The Beach House. We have stayed in many of the units that Jan Hanson Manages. We would highly recommend 303C.

Great way to wrapup Summer

This is our second year to wrap-up Summer with Best Destin Beach House Rental and again it was a fantastic time. As with last year the stay was as advertised and went off without a hitch. We will definitely stay again on a return trip.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a check-in package email as well as a printable parking pass. Included in the check-in email are your door code, Wi-Fi code, and other information you may need during your stay.

Upon your arrival you may be stopped by a security guard at the front gate, to which you should provide your parking pass and let them know you have just arrived and are checking in to your condo. Once inside the property parking lot, you may go directly to your condo at or after your check-in time. You do not need to check in anywhere else.

There is an electronic door lock on the front door. We will generate a unique door code for that lock that will work for the duration of your stay and send it to you in your check-in package email prior to your arrival.

House Rules

No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. ONLY Americans with Disabilities Act-approved animals are permitted. Those dogs must wear the required red vest at all times on site. Please report any ADA handicapped service assistance animals at the time of reservation.

Specialty motorized vehicles, including but not limited to Trailers, RVs, Boats, Golf Carts, Scooters, and small rental cars, are NOT allowed in the Beach House Condominium parking areas and must be parked offsite. Violators are subject to towing without notice.

No glass on the pool deck.

No grills are allowed on patios or balconies.

Please do not throw or drop anything from the balconies, including ice, water, cigarettes, etc. as that is a violation of FL State law.

Please do not hang any towels or clothing on the railings of the patios.

Please do not keep patio & entry doors open simultaneously. This creates a dangerous draft that can cause significant damage to the door frame or bodily injury.

Please do not leave any belongings outside the front door, as these are a tripping hazard in the case of a fire.

Please do not let the A/C run while the windows or patio doors are open, as this will cause A/C to malfunction.

Cancellation Policy

Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
