The first-floor apartment is perfect for 4 guests and has lift access, making it suitable for elderly guests who want to holiday at Lake Maggiore without worrying about accessibility.

Inside, the one-bedroom apartment features a super vibrant living area with a double sofa bed and a SAT Smart TV to spend carefree moments of relaxation together. This ideal family space also directly gives out onto the little cosy terrace seating where you can indulge in your favourite drink, a conversation with your loved one or a good book in solitude. A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dining and all possible kitchen amenities for carefree homemade meal preparation completes an effortless, self-catered stay. A dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, induction hob, toaster and fridge is at guests’ disposal.

Location

To reach Lake Maggiore from the holiday apartment, will only take a few steps and you can enjoy the beautiful climate and beach of Suna without worrying about the car! Here you can swim in Lake Maggiore or just roll about in the pleasant atmosphere. You will also find a fine selection of restaurants and cocktail bars, which includes some gourmet ones, just next door. For the history enthusiasts, the ancient village of Suna has the 16-C Oratory of S.S Fabiano and Sebastiano, which is also located on the lakefront, and the Monumento ai Caduti. Hiking is also possible in this picturesque village at just a 10-minutes walk at the tranquil Lungalago of Suna.

From the holiday apartment, Pallanza is a 3-minutes drive, the beautiful Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto are a 6-minutes drive and Baveno is a 15-minutes drive. For day trips, guests can head to Isola Superiore, which is also a quick 15-minutes drive, and also enjoy the lovely town of Stresa on the same day, which is a 5-minutes drive more from Isola Superiore.

From Intra, which is located close to the holiday apartment, the ferry to Laveno can be easily taken. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, about an hour’s drive from this vacation rental in Verbania.
