Conveniently located in the no wake zone of the Springs Dock Marina and less than a mile to Deerside Market, The Greens at Deerfield golf course, and Chapman Hill Winery. Includes a personal dock that has year round water. It has one covered boat slip, swim platform, slide, and easy out ladder.
High speed fiber optics internet allows you to work and stay connected while relaxing at beautiful Norris Lake.
There is tons of outdoor space to enjoy…the dock for lounging and swimming, the deck for dinner and hanging out no matter what the weather, the lower screened in porch to lounge and enjoy the view, and the fire pit area to hang out and look at the night sky.
The house is best for 2 families or 3 couples as there are two bedrooms with king sized beds and a third bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bunk area provides 4 twin beds.
The entire exterior has been renovated along with much of the inside.

My family was able to enjoy so many days together on the water because other home owners rented out their homes. While I wish every day could be spent at the lake, it can't. So we rent out our home some so that other families can enjoy the beauty of Norris Lake and make their own memories.

Payment Policy
Minimum of 50% of the fees are due at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Reservations will not be held and payment must be received within 24 hours. The remaining fees are due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations will be cancelled if not paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require 100% payment at the time of booking.

$750 security deposit will be collected 7 days before your stay. Security Deposits will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure if conditions outlined in the rental agreement have been met.

Rental fees and security deposit payments can be made through Zelle, PayPal, ApplePay, Venmo, or Check.
