Villa Phaedra is the perfect retreat for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and convenience. This stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa, set amidst olive trees and lush vegetation, offers a private pool and is located just 500 meters from the charming village of Katouna and 2.5 km from the seaside village of Lygia.

The 160 sq.m. villa is split across two levels. The upper floor features the main entrance, spacious living areas, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and an additional WC. The light-filled open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 4-hob ceramic stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, and juicer. The dining and sitting areas, complete with a fireplace, offer stunning sea views, while a large veranda extends from these spaces, providing panoramic views of the sea, olive groves, and the mainland mountains.

On the lower floor, you'll find two more bedrooms (one double and one twin), both with ensuite shower rooms. French doors from the lower floor open directly onto the relaxing pool and garden area, which is ideal for unwinding. The 36 sq.m. pool is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, and children can enjoy the dedicated playground with a house, slide, and swing. A BBQ is also provided for outdoor meals.

Villa Phaedra is one of the two villas that our complex (namely Inoro Villas) consists of. Villa Phaedra (4 bed, up to 10 people) and villa Daphne (4 bed, up to 12 people) are located at a distance to each other, within a plot of land of 3,000 sq.m. Each villa’s boundaries are clearly separated by both a fence and olive trees.
