Our home is a multi-family building with two apartments. The Suite is located at the top of the house and has a private entrance which you can access via a digital lock.

You are welcomed to use the suite, the first floor deck and the backyard of our property.

We are accessible via direct message and phone call to address any of your needs.

We live in a very quiet neighborhood filled with families. Our neighborhood is on the West Orange-Montclair border, with Bloomfield Avenue an 8 minute drive from the house and the NJ Transit train station another 6 minutes from the house. There are several parks within a 10 minute drive as well, including the Eagle Rock Scenic look out point with view of NYC.

Our house is located a 26-35 minute drive to Penn Station, Manhattan, and a 8 minute drive to Orange Station where you can easily take the Jersey Transit Train to the City. We are a 0.6 mile walk to a bus line (101) that takes you into the city within an hour.

We want to preserve the suite as a smoke and allergen free environment for all guests to enjoy. -No open flames or smoke. - No pets allowed. - No parties or events. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors as this is a multi-apartment home. Respect for the Property: - Please treat our home with respect and care. - Report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them. - Do not rearrange furniture or decor. -Do not sleep on couch. Cleanliness: - Please keep the suite clean and tidy. - Dispose of trash in the designated bins. -This space does not have a sink for washing dishes, but we have provided you with single-use compostable utensils (plates, cutlery). Safety: - Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the suite. - Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Guests: - Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Utilities: - Please turn off lights, AC, and other electronics when not in use. Respecting Neighbors: - Be mindful of noise levels, especially during early mornings and late evenings. If you need additional privacy, we provide you with a sound machine. By following these rules, you help us maintain a pleasant and enjoyable environment for everyone.
