Our Tiny Home Cabin #3 features a cozy living room with TV, full bathroom, full kitchen (fridge, gas range, microwave, coffee maker) an overhead ceiling fan, AC unit and a propane heater. The main floor has a queen bed and there are 2 sleeping lofts (queen mattress in both lofts.) Enjoy a spacious covered porch that overlooks our Campgrounds grassy fields & large pond as well as 360-degree Mountain views. Enjoy fishing, hiking, tubing and more! Pet Friendly! The cabins kitchen and bathroom was completely renovated/remodeled in April of 2024!

The entire campground is available for our guests to enjoy! Guests will have access to the following amenities on the campground:
Free Wifi
Game Room (air hockey, pinball, arcade games)
Pickleball & Basketball Courts
3 Bath Houses (with hot showers and clean rest rooms)
North Toe River (great for fishing, tubing, kayaking)
Picnic Table & Fire Ring outside cabin door
Coin Laundry Room
Gathering Room w/TV, library of books and card tables

We live on the campground and will always be available to our guests if they have any questions about the cabin, our campground, or our general area. We are happy to give recommendations for good places to eat and area attractions!

Our Campground is centrally located and 25 miles from Banner Elk (lots of great skiing and hiking), 35 miles from Boone, 60 miles from Asheville, 25 miles from Grandfather Mountain, and just 12 miles from Linville Caverns/Falls

Please remember guests need to bring their own pillows, linens/blankets, and towels. We are pet friendly ($50 pet fee per dog) but guests must keep their pets leashed and picked up after. If you do not have linens we can provide a linen service for a fee. We also ask that pets do not get up in the lofts of cabins. Please do NOT move beds or furniture in the cabins.

Meet The Host

My wife and I run a beautiful campground in Western North Carolina. Our guests love to trout fish and tube in our river, or hike up to the top of Buck Hill Mountain (our property is 144 acres) We rent both RV sites, tent sites, and 11 cabins for our guests to enjoy while saying with us.

.We are pet friendly, guests pay a one time $50 pet fee per dog. Dogs must be leashed at all times while on the campground and picked up after. Smoking or burning candles are NOT allowed in ANY of our cabins.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy

No rain checks or refunds will be issued for holidays.

Either a rain check for the full amount or a full refund will be

given for cancellations received 14 days prior to check-in date.

A rain check or refund for 50% of the deposit will be issued for

cancellations received 4 to 13 days prior to check-in date.

Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to arrival date are not

eligible for refunds or rain checks. We cannot guarantee the weather.

Guests are responsible for the entire length of stay reserved.

Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.

All our cabins are no smoking and the burning of candles are not allowed. We ARE pet friendly, but dogs must be leashed at all times while on the campground and picked up after. Guests pay a $50 one time (per reservation) pet fee per dog.
