The wall mount smart TV can be used with your streaming logins for your entertainment.

“Perfect for our needs ”

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Studio. It was perfectly located just outside Healdsburg. The kitchen and space was more than enough for our needs. Diane and John were responsive despite our visit overlapping with harvest and some seasonal winemaking activities.

We look forward to staying with them again!

We spent three nights in the Studio. It was modern, clean, and comfortable with lot of nice touches. The mattress was amazingly comfortable. There is a full, well-stocked kitchen (gas stove!). We were able to make ourselves a full breakfast in the unit one morning. The location is fabulous. It is 10 minutes from Healdsburg Square but you are staying out in the countryside surrounded by Pinot Noir vineyards with no road noise or noisy neighbors. Both Diane and John were quick to respond through the app. We got to taste their high-quality wines with them both before we checked out (appreciated the late check out since no one was coming in than night) and we enjoyed our discussions about wine, restaurants, and the region in general (we purchased some wine for our cellar back home). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

Absolutely loved our weekend getaway here. The studio feels brand new, with everything you need, super comfortable and pristine clean. The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful, but you’re only a short drive to Healdsburg. We loved the thoughtful touches like the coffee and the Bucher wine, and the restaurant recommendations were spot on. We will definitely be back!

It’s not often you get to stay on a vineyard with a heritage as a dairy farm. Not to mention a complimentary bottle of its excellent pinot noir as well as a tasting of the best of what the vineyard has to offer with the friendly, down-to-earth owners, John and Diane. The Studio is cozy and comfortable. And all of Sonoma wine country, as well as its best town—Healdsburg—beckons.

First, don't miss the tasting on the back patio. The view is to die for and John (our co-host) was a delight. It's not often that you have the owner and wine-maker pouring your tastings. We stayed in the Studio, which is cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed and then some. Staying at the winery is quiet and peaceful. It's a five-mile drive into town, which takes about 10 minutes. Thanks, Diane and John, for a wonderful weekend. We'll definitely be back.

Directions were perfect. Communication with John and Diane was prompt and flawless. Checkin super easy. Room was well appointed and there are so many extras….complimentary bottle of J. Bucher Pinot Noir accompanied by a very welcoming note, coffee, sweeteners, half and half, makeup remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, smart TV. Bed was very comfortable and linens are a crisp white. We had a couple hours with Diane and John and were able to taste their wines. Super personable and we were able to hear about their business and the challenges of farming. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Diane and John! You have a beautiful place with an outstanding view. You are blessed.

Parking is just steps away from the private entry, room for 2 cars. ***PLEASE NOTE- IMPORTANT** This is a working vineyard, often time there are workers in the vineyard. During certain times of the year there is equipment and people in the vineyard. During August and September, when harvest is underway, there will be noise and lights on our farm and those of our neighbors . Since the Studio is in our home, we ask that guests please be aware of the noise level, especially if outside, after 10 pm. We are in the county and there is wildlife at this location. There are numerous birds in the vineyard, including wild turkeys, owls, and hawks. It’s not unusual to see jack rabbits, coyotes, skunks and raccoons in and around the vineyard area. There are also some reptiles including snakes and lizards. The maximum number of guests for this unit is two. Guests need to be identified at booking. NO SMOKING (Entire property inside & exterior is non-smoking). No children under 12 yrs. **NO PETS ** If you have an ESA or Service Animal, please indicate if you require your service animal due to a disability and what work or task the service animal is trained to perform.
