Guests get full usage of studio and outside space directly in front of bungalow.

We are in the heart of Venice! Just off Lincoln near hip Rose Ave. There is a Rite Aid, Ralph's grocery, coffee shop and yoga studio all only 1 block away. Whole Foods is 4 blocks away. There are dozens of restaurants, cafes, deli's within a mile radius. (and an amazing late night sidewalk taco stand opens up on Lincoln only a block away!)

Conveniently only 1 block walk to grocery store, drug store, yoga studio! :) Beach, Abbot Kinney, Main Street within a mile from the studio- everything Venice has to offer!
Bus stop is nearby. Street parking is never a problem. I recommend UBER & Lyft so you don't have to deal with LA traffic.

이 숙소를 추천드립니다! 혼자 차없이 한 달간 머물렀는데요. 우선 집이 큰 길에서 가까워서 버스를 타기도 좋았고 이동하기도 편리했어요. 바로 길 건너에 식료품점이랑 약국이 있는 것도 차없는 제게 참 좋은 위치였어요. 마트 앞에는 자전거 대여소도 있고요. 호스트는 제 편의를 많이 고려해주셨고 2월에 비가 와서 문이 안잠긴 적이 있었는데 즉각 처리해주셨어요. 요청드리지 않았는데도 온수도 체크해주셨습니다. 한국분이라면 조금 춥게 느끼실 수도 있겠지만 이 점은 미국이라면 감안해야하는 것 같습니다! 숙소와 호스트 모두 사랑스러웠습니다. 다음에 또 묵고싶습니다! 감사해요!

Its a truly lovely sunny studio apartment. Close to whole foods which for me is very important. I walked everywhere from Santa Monica to Mar Vista and Marina del Rey.. so if you do not have a car like me, it’s perfect. Sonya is a very remarkable nice person and very approachable in case of need. I highly suggest this place.

Our stay was great! The place is a short walk to Abbott Kinney, the beach and Rose Street. We had no trouble finding parking (even on street cleaning days). The fridge and other kitchen amenities are nice to have as well. Everything was very clean. Sonya was very quick to respond and a welcoming host.

I have an absolute favorite place to stay in LA. Even if I couldn't imagine it, Sonya's studio presented itself as a wonderful and worthy alternative! The studio is very well equipped with nice touches. It has everything that is needed. Due to the various seating options both inside and outside, it even appears much more spacious than it is. It is also extremely clean. Unfortunately, the color with which the floor was painted has peeled off in several places. But that has no effect on the cleanliness! The location of the studio is ideal. Due to the close proximity to the Lincoln Avenue, some street noise can be heard. But if you keep the windows in the front part closed, you can hardly hear anything. And with the small patio in front of the house you have the feeling of being in a small oasis. You also feel extremely safe as a solo traveler. Sonya is a wonderful host. She explains everything in detail, is available at all times, answers any question immediately and responds to any special requests. Thank you Sonya for an unforgettable stay!

Sonya is a great host and self check-in was perfect for my red eye flight. Place is clean, quiet, and spacious, lots of nice touches like face wipes and a Brita ^-^ Pharmacy is a block away which is rare for Venice. Will be staying again!

- Photo of your government issued ID. Can be texted to me (It has been proven that criminals don't like to do this, so that is how I keep my home so safe and clean :)

HOUSE RULES
-No pets!* (our son is allergic and we stay here sometimes)
-No smoking! - that includes the outside spaces on the property
-No parties!
-Quiet hours 10pm-7am (also no use of outside areas during these times.)
-No visitors or extra guests (When you book you must tell us how many people are staying and who they are. No one else is allowed on the property unless we give permission in advance. )

We mean it. You will lose your entire DEPOSIT $. Please stay elsewhere if you need to party, smoke or bring fluffy.

BE CONSIDERATE PLEASE. Be respectful of the neighbors.

MAKE UP ON TOWELS does not come out. We provide make-up wipes for guests by the sink. Missing towel or towels with make-up are subject to the following fees;

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation notice is received in writing more than 30 days in advance of arrival date, we will refund all of the reservation amount paid.
If cancellation notice is received in writing more than 10 days in advance of arrival date we will refund 50% of the reservation nightly amount paid and 100% of cleaning fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in will not be refunded for the nightly rate but will be refunded 100% of the cleaning fee.
