Large, freshly renovated spacious 2 Bedroom/2.5 bath condo (1158 sq ft). We are located just 3 blocks from a gorgeous white-sand beach (5 min walk), 7 min walk to Coligny Plaza where you can choose from over 20 restaurants & a variety of shops, and just steps to Celebration Park and Children’s Museum. Go to the beach then come back and take a dip in the pool!

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, crock pot, hand mixer and a blender to enjoy all your tropical creations! Full size washer and dryer. Open floor plan - kitchen flows into dining room, breakfast nook and living room. Great space for relaxing with the family. We also have board games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy.

1/2 bath is conveniently located off the living room. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located upstairs for extra privacy. New flooring throughout the entire unit. Please note that the unit is on the second floor. Please see pictures to see the outside of the unit. Climbing steps is required. No elevators on-site.

We do provide beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use but DO NOT provide beach towels.

There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in Beach Arbor. Additional cleaning fee of $500 will apply if violated.

Very comfortable memory foam mattress and blackout curtains. Sleep like a baby!

2nd Bedroom

1 full bed, 2 single beds

Bunk bed has a full memory foam mattress on the bottom to sleep 2. Top bunk is a twin and sleeps one. There is a pull out twin trundle bed that sleeps one.

“Beautiful unit, great location! ”

This home was perfect for our families’ needs with 2 young children. It was clean, bright, and really nice to have the bedrooms upstairs and lower area with living room and kitchen. It is a short walk to a playground, all the Coligny restaurants and shops, and the beach. The pool was also great. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful place to stay! was exactly like the pictures, everything was super clean and I loved the decor! the neighborhood is extremely peaceful and FELT SUPER SAFE! I would suggest renting the bikes and I found a place that opens 9AM everday right in front of the Holiday Inn Express... walking distance! there are so many shops and places to eat! live music on every corner... loved it! thanks!

There is a local shuttle that picks up right outside the front door to take you around. You can reach everything while walking or biking, too!
