House Rules

Minimum age requirements to rent our home is 25, no exceptions.  Must leave the home the way you found it. Any damages must be made immediately known to the host  10 beach tags will be available - if lost a $35 replacement fee will be charge for each missing tag.  Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am  ABSOLUTELY No smoking inside of home. All smoking must be done outside. All cigarette/cigar/etc butts must be properly disposed of in the trash. Any sign of smoking in the house and/or trash or cigarette butts left outside will result in extra cleaning fee.  By making a reservation at our home you agree and acknowledge that the owners are in no way responsible for any injury that occurs to anyone at the home  By making a reservation at our home you agree and acknowledge that any damage to the home/belongings/property and anything they entail beyond normal “wear and tear” by anyone during the reservation will be subject to additional fees.  Please respect our home and our neighbors.

50% due w/in 2 weeks of signed lease
& balance due 30 days before arrival

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations at least 90 days before check in will get 100%
refund (less $150 Administrative Fee). Cancellations between 60-90 days of check in will
receive 50% refund if property is not rebooked & will receive 100% refund if property is
rebooked (less $150 Administrative Fee) Cancellations at least 60 days before check in will
only be refunded if the propery is re-booked (less $150.00 Administrative Fee).

Notes

Security Deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure if the property is left clean
and undamaged.
