Thank you for booking our condo! We are so happy that you decided to stay at our place for your trip to Gatlinburg and the great Smoky Mountains! We hope that you are looking forward to stay!

Our condo is located in building #5 at the Summit of Gatlinburg (1260 Ski View Drive). We are on the first floor - Unit 5102. You can park right outside of the building. Although we are less than 5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, the road up to the condo can be windy and steep in a couple of areas, so please drive carefully. We think that the views are worth it and we hope that you feel the same way!

The closest grocery store to our condo is Food City in Gatlinburg (7 miles away). There is also a Publix & Kroger in Pigeon Forge (12 miles away). Our condo is fully stocked with all of the physical supplies that you need to cook (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc), but you will need to supply any "edible" items (coffee/tea, cooking oil, seasoning, condiments, etc). We have a Ninja Coffee Maker that uses ground coffee (as opposed to Keurig pods).

Did you forget your toiletries or paper products??
***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags.. You will need to bring or buy them.
*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
