We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise level to a minimum especially during nighttime hours 10pm -8 am.
Absolutely no unauthorized visitors that have not been properly vetted by Airbnb or HauteFlat.. . For instance, If you say you’re bringing 3 guests but 4 show up we will ask you to leave w Airbnb permission and immediate cancellation unless prior arrangements w fees through the app.have been made w the host. This is a strict community and for your safety and ours we have this policy in place.

Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our home. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise, the neighborhood.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the property.

Discovering guests have been smoking inside/outside by our on-site security team the will also result in $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation. This includes weed, vape, cigarettes etc. Just dont smoke.

In case any damage to the property or its appliances is not covered by our insurance, the guest will pay for the repair costs from the security deposit.
