Good afternoon and I hope that you are ready for your vacation to our Mountain condo and the Smoky Mountain area located at 1081 Cove Rd, Building 10, Top Floor, Unit 1033, Sevierville, TN! Everything will be ready for your stay at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 AM. The gate code is 1586 and the door code to get into the unit: press home logo and then 6945. Please note, the electronic keypad is located on the internal door. The Wi-Fi: ATTkhsQYji Wi-Fi Password: 499=gycdt77f Important information: Please note, 1081 is the street number and not your unit number. Your unit number is #1033. Building numbers are located on the front and center of each building, just above the third-floor walkways. Quiet hours are between 11pm-8am. Violators could jeopardize the remainder of their stay. A green parking tag is in the condo and must be displayed at all times. Please be advised that the Great Smoky Mountains National Park now requires a parking pass to be purchased prior to parking in the National Park. Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
