Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish freshly remodeled condo that is away from all of the crowds and traffic! Enjoy Dollywood, then escape to your condo tucked away in the Smoky Mountains. Hike local nature trails, horseback riding, rafting and fishing. Breath taking views and fresh mountain air! Then relax in the afternoon on the back deck or at the pool!
Our condo sleeps 4 with a master bedroom and a loft above the living room. Brand new kitchen and master bathroom with granite countertops and a jacuzzi tub! The condo is on the top floor so you have the best views in the area! This unit was completely renovated in March 2023 so everything is brand new!

Good afternoon and I hope that you are ready for your vacation to our Mountain condo and the Smoky Mountain area located at 1081 Cove Rd, Building 10, Top Floor, Unit 1033, Sevierville, TN! Everything will be ready for your stay at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 AM. The gate code is 1586 and the door code to get into the unit: press home logo and then 6945. Please note, the electronic keypad is located on the internal door. The Wi-Fi: ATTkhsQYji Wi-Fi Password: 499=gycdt77f Important information: Please note, 1081 is the street number and not your unit number. Your unit number is #1033. Building numbers are located on the front and center of each building, just above the third-floor walkways. Quiet hours are between 11pm-8am. Violators could jeopardize the remainder of their stay. A green parking tag is in the condo and must be displayed at all times. Please be advised that the Great Smoky Mountains National Park now requires a parking pass to be purchased prior to parking in the National Park. If you plan on visiting the National Park, please copy and paste the following link to purchase your parking pass: Great Smoky Mountains National Park Parking Tag Pass in Tennessee - Recreation.gov Please visit our website at https://beyondexpectationspm.com/area-guide/ for a full list of restaurants, activities, and other things to do for the area! Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. COMMUNICATION If you need anything during your stay, below are some avenues to communicate: Email Diana, through your booking site Text/call Misty Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (865)-279-5295 Weekends and after 5pm: Call Alyssa or Vilma at (865) 279-5295 (Please note texting is not available at this number on weekends or after 5pm). All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy
100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.
Notes
Our unit is in the very last building on the right side on the top floor. What makes it unique are the amazing views as well as the additional loft area! The pool is located behind Building #8, and with our condo being it building #10, it is a very short walk to take a refreshing dip in the pool and soak up some rays! Must be 21 years old to rent the property and we supply enough toiletries and paper products to last 1 - 2 days in case you forgot to bring some. NO Pets Allowed! We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
