Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and Mountain Breeze Cabin! Here is your check-in information for your arrival tomorrow:

-Check-in any time after 4 pm, the door code is 6945.
-The address is 511 Reedmont Way Sevierville, TN
-The Cabin has Smart TVs and Roku's so you can access all your favorite apps.
-Pool Door Code is 1407
-Free WiFi is also provided during your stay:

PLEASE BE ADVISED: POOL GETS CLEANED EVERY THURSDAY (if you are a guest during this time, we just want to make you aware).
***Please note about pool use: No diapers or small toys are allowed pool. Use swim approved diapers only, as regular diapers and toys will clog the filter and you will be charged for replacement.

***A dual drip/Kuerig Coffee Pot is provided.
Did you forget your toiletries or paper products??
***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.
*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking. 100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay (meaning if you still owe 50%, that will no longer be due), and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

*NO PETS ALLOW! *Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
