This Newly Constructed cabin is the ideal place for your next family vacation sitting on over 2 acres of private property with no other properties close by! Completely secluded and the perfect place to relax on your Smoky Mtn Getaway! Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 baths & everything inside is brand new! On the outside, there is a new hot tub, fire pit area, and hammocks for everyone to enjoy. And in the evenings, snuggle by the fireplace or have a great time in the game/media room! Serenity awaits!
This property is located on a 2.15-acre parcel so there is plenty of seclusion and privacy to get away from it all! Sassy Bear Hideaway gives an opportunity to truly experience mountain living but close to all of the attractions that the area has to offer. The property features a 3-story cabin with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything inside the cabin is brand new, so be the first to break in the beds and couch! It also has a fireplace and game room with a pool table and video arcade. And on the outside, relax with your morning cup of coffee on one of its 2 decks while soaking in the fresh mountain air! In the evenings you can soak in a brand-new hot tub or sit by the firepit telling ghost stories with your family and friends. Or take a nap in one of the shaded hammocks available for you to use!

Good afternoon and thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property! Here is your check-in information for your arrival: Cabin Name: Sassy Bear Hideaway The address is: 3843 Singing Bird Way, Sevierville, TN 37862, USA - Check-in any time after 4:00pm - The door code is 2795295 - Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends. -Free WiFi is also provided during your stay: WiFi Network: Singing Bird Chalet WiFi Password: Welcome3843 ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we must call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

* Property is located at: 3843 Singing Bird Way Sevierville, TN *Hot tubs takes several hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *Fireplaces are On between October 1st - February 1st, and off the rest of the year. *No Pets *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
