Fantastic cabin in the woods. New hot tub after a long day of hiking was perfect. Overall a great place and location to get to the downtown areas and hiking in the Smokey mountains. Immaculate inside, it even had arcade games. Clean and quiet at night for a great sleep. It is also located near Gatlinburg Golf Course which was beautiful!

Our recent stay at this charming cabin in Sevierville, Tennessee, was an unforgettable experience that surpassed all expectations. Tucked away amidst the lush forests of the Smoky Mountains, this hidden gem offered a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabin's cozy interior, complete with wood-paneled walls and cozy furniture, immediately made us all feel right at home. The highlight of the cabin was undoubtedly the back deck, which offered stunning views of the lush forest. Whether sipping morning coffee or soaking in the hot tub at night, the deck quickly became our favorite spot to relax and soak in the beauty of my surroundings. I must also commend the hosts for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we booked our stay, they were responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was nothing short of perfect.

Amazing cabin! I did not want to leave! Everything looked brand new and very clean. It is very peaceful and relaxing but a quick drive to Dollywood or other attractions.

We had a wonderful time in mountains! This was a gorgeous cabin. Loved the location and had an easy time getting to downtown Gatlinburg. We had a blast playing games at the cabin and the hot tub was great too! Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is brand new and beautifully decorated. Awesome private location yet within 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We cannot wait to go back! Highly recommended!

Thank you for booking our Condo! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies! Here is your check-in information for your arrival tomorrow:

-Check-in any time after 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

-The address is 260 Roaring Fork Road, Unit 110, Gatlinburg, TN 37738

- There is one parking space #110. All overflow parking can park at the Roaring Fork Church next door.

-Door code is 1202. To lock the door upon leaving, press the icon at the top and hold for 3 seconds

-Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay:

***Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.
*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day.

For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day.

*Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

*NO PETS ALLOW! *Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
